Elle has never been much of an actress and, now that she's in the middle of this whole thing, she's completely blanking on what she should be doing to pretend to be pregnant. She doesn't even look pregnant, so it's honestly kind of insulting both to her physique and this other woman's intelligence.
She also doesn't have any reason not to help out. And as much as she loves her friends from school, this is definitely livening things up, so she huffs and puffs and makes her way toward the door quickly. "Okay, do I really look pregnant to you?" she asks once they're outside. "What was that?"
